How do the airless tires feel while riding?

They ride smooth. The solid polyurethane tires have a density equivalent to a 50 psi pneumatic bike tire, which offers just enough "give" for a comfortable ride. Also aiding in the smooth ride is the in-seat suspension and upright seating geometry.

How much do they cost?

Do they come in gears?

The industrial models come in single speed only with three factory preset gearing options (Low, Medium and High).

How much does the bike weigh?

About 40 lbs, which is the average weight of normal beach cruiser bikes.

How long do Rugged Cycles last?

With proper maintenance, Rugged Cycles should last indefinitely.

How long is the warranty?

If purchased, all Rugged Cycle parts are covered for 1 year. If leased, extended warranties cover all parts for 2 years and the shaft drive for 5 years.

What kind of maintenance is required?

A simple bolt check and lubrication once a quarter is all that’s required.
